The modular house is designed for small families.

The basis of the house is a smaller living room connected to the dining area and kitchen. From the vestibule you enter the bathroom with shower and toilet. The hallway connects the bedroom with the room. The offer also includes a house in a 3-room variant.

The house can be complemented by a spacious terrace accessible from the main living room.
