Growing house

This house is based on a unique project of a growing house.

You can buy a house in a 3-room variant and over time expand easily into a 7-room variant.

The house is suitable from the basic variant of 75m2 / 2-room, which is designed as a starting housing for individuals or a couple, to the popular variant of 128m2 / 5-room, which is designed for a larger family.

And if necessary, the house can be further distinguished over time :).

The construction is already basically adapted for expansion in 10 years.

The whole house is air conditioned

In this house it is possible to make a so-called multisplit.

This means that all rooms can be connected to one heat pump, which can be heated and air-conditioned.

All rooms can be controlled via mobile phone, via the Internet, set timers, notifications, monitor consumption from hours through weeks to years and more.

Dominant utility hall

This house has a spacious hallway, which serves as one large storage of things.

No restrictions on individual rooms.

The corridor thus becomes not only an empty connecting element between the rooms, but a really invaluable part of the house.

Japanese heat pump - heating and cooling

In this house you will find a heat pump from the Japanese manufacturer DAIKIN.

This manufacturer is a pioneer in the field, so you can count not only on precise functionality, but also, for example, on controlling the unit via mobile phone or air conditioning function.

Always fresh air

The recuperation unit ensures forced air exchange without heat loss.

You don't have to ventilate, the house will constantly ventilate for you. Thanks to this, you will always have fresh air in the house.

Outdoor LED lighting in the base

No sticking cables from the facade. At the base of the house is outdoor LED lighting for the entrance and terrace.

LED lights are selected directly by us - we use the highest quality LED strips in a safe 12V mode. You will find these lights in every house that is from Flexi Life.

The price also includes quality sheet metal roofing, which the manufacturer already gives a 60-year warranty for its quality.

Regardless of the quality of the roof, it is also a premium element in terms of design.

Sliding window in the living room

No opening the door to the room. In this house you will find a sliding French window in the living room.

You can use micro-ventilation, tilt or slide.

Moving the window does not take up an inch of space in the room.

LED strip lighting in the bathroom

One of the unique elements that you will only find in Flexi Life houses.

In the bathroom you will find an LED strip, which ideally illuminates the entrance and washbasin area.

Of course in a safe voltage of 12V.

Saddle roof = storage space

Thanks to the folding stairs, you can use the entire built-up area in the roof area.

This means that in the case of a 100m2 house, you will "get" another 100m2 of storage space.
