Gutters, gutters always in the color of the roofing (black, brown, red, brick). Perimeter wall thickness 26 cm. The floor is insulated 20 cm, the ceiling 24 cm, the ceiling height is 2.5 m. Along the entire perimeter wall and ceiling there is an aluminum casing for heat dissipation inside and at the same time a small air conditioning. (It is possible to make a dressing room, sleeping on the ceiling for an additional fee). Interior doors can be sliding or with a leaf.
It is possible to agree on the floor plan and size of the house, the choice of plaster color, color and size of windows, tiles, paving, linoleum, laminate floors, location of drawers, switches, lights. The house can also be built in any phase of construction. The project documentation contains an energy label and a fire report.
For an additional fee, it is possible to arrange the drawing of the house, including connections to a specific plot.
