The modular house is a full-fledged replacement for a smaller family house with a built-up area of 92 m2.

It provides a very comfortable background for housing up to 6 people. The living part of the house consists of a living room connected to the kitchen and dining area, a spacious bedroom and a bedroom. Across the hall is the entrance to the bathroom with toilet and the whole house is completed by a very spacious terrace accessible from the living room and bedroom.
